Starmie really getting spoiled with new moves... Bulk Up, Aqua Jet, Liquidation, Ice Spinner, Self-destruct, and Zen Headbutt
Mega Starmie can potentially be dangerous. It has the same attack as Mega Medicham, but much faster. And while it's coverage is a bit underwhelming, has enough tools to be efective, and if It not, explode with a pretty strong boom. Medicham at least is kinda balanced by a base 100 speed.

pleasantly surprised with how easy it is to obtain vp and just train mons, gacha is still silly but ive been using it to patch some holes i dont have from ZA

item selection could be a bit less limited but i get it this is the "TCG Pocket Ass" limitations where this can reduce some of the complexity for newcomers, which there are def those

i do not like sneasler please nerf it the first balance patch whenever that is

the bridge feels much more balanced without body press

krookodile with white herb has been great, high horsepower snarl protect helping hand

They already nerfed Dire Claw, Sleep, and paralysis. What more does it need to lose?

To be fair dire claw not existing would still be better.
Even in a state where the move sucks, it's still a roulette where neither player has control over what output it has, due to it having a double rng to it (has to land a status, and you dont know which status it'll be. And 2 of these status, while nerfed, ALSO have rng rolls to them)

Unironically the move would be more balanced with a flat 30% sleep than it is now.

Btw I wanted to point out that Mega Victreebel’s own defense boosts hinder it.
252 Atk Great Tusk Headlong Rush vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Victreebel-Mega: 226-267 (75 - 88.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252 Atk Great Tusk Headlong Rush vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Victreebel: 280-331 (93 - 109.9%) -- 62.5% chance to OHKO
You’re much more likely to survive attacks because of that defense boost. This however is actually bad for Innards Out since in this case of switching into Headlong Rush, you’ll only have 75%-11.3% HP. That means Innards Out will do 34 to 75 damage, instead of the 301-264 damage it’d dealt if you KO’d as regular Victreebel with Innards Out.

I don't think so. If you're running a Sap Sipper Mega with okay bulk your goal isn't to suicide bomb yourself. Innards Out is an emergency check for a setup sweeper. You should be trying to keep your Mega alive as long as possible.

M Vbel is an offensive tank with arguably the strongest healing move in the game. If it sees usage Innards Out will be a perk of using it, but not the main reason.

I see this and click Strength Sap 10/10 times. Back to full, opponent weekend, and I can still threaten it with STAB or force a switch next turn to set up. Cant see it doubles, but I am willing to try it as a 3VS 3 monster

Y'know people, myself included to some extent, were doing a bunch of Potential Man coping for ILCA vis a vis BDSP, that they could've done a good job and just got a raw deal in terms of scheduling. Turns out no, they just suck
I have no love nor hate for ilca but im not sure exactly what is so characteristic of ilcas incompetence this time. any balance patches, item/pokemon availability is almost 100% on gamefreak and tpc, no way ilca had any choice on that. the performance looks buggy and the worst of it but easy to fix thankfully, and not anywhere unique to ilca right now (hi monhun rise)

:clefable-mega:
Clefable-Mega @ Clefablite
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 176 Def / 80 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Moonblast
- Cosmic Power
- Wish / Moonlight
- Protect / Thunder Wave

Forget about Scovillain stall. Mega Sableye just lost it's only job.
Mega Clef getting magic bounce sounds pretty strong, the only real downside being its typing having more weaknesses. Its already very good. It gets WishPass to support, it gets Cosmic Power to be a wall, it gets Twave to disrupt, and Moonlight to replace Recover. On top of that you can use Magic Guard to avoid hazards on switchin and Unaware to switch in on setup sweepers to cripple. I feel this is one of those megas you don't even need to evolve right away. This is probably an overreaction, but I'm VERY concerned for this Pokémon's uses. (I dunno how to do the gif versions someone plz help lol)

I've been trying out the limited amount of free mons I got in ranked BSS and found out that Gliscor still kinda got it.

Gliscor @ No Item / Yache Berry
Ability: Hyper Cutter / Sand Veil
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Earthquake
- Acrobatics / Dual Wingbeat
- Thunder Fang / Rock Slide / Ice Fang

Gliscor was a great mon back in DPP even without Poison Heal so hey, why not try and run it anyway.
No item with Acrobatics lets you use a strong Flying STAB, but Yache Berry + Dual Wingbeat is a great option to tank a M-Lopunny Ice Punch and retaliate back. Thunder Fang hits Corviknight, Skarmory, Pelipper, and other Flyings and Waters in general hard. Alternatively, Rock Slide is a more general move that can hit the likes of Dragonite but doesn't cover Corviknight or Skarmory. It scores an OHKO on Charizard most notably although you're slower and get OHKOed by Fire Blast anyway. Ice Fang hits Garchomp and Dragonite the hardest. Hyper Cutter is quite nice when everyone has Arcanine early, and you can even run Sand Veil along a Tyranitar to fish for haxx.
Gliscor has a great matchup against a LOT of physical attackers like Tyranitar, Mega Bee, the Heracross everyone starts with, and countless others. Gliscor be doing Gliscor things, you know.

I mean, if you want a Grass/Poison type with Strength Sap, you also have Vileplume.

You get slightly less bulk and SpA, but you get to hold an item, have far better abilities, the lower HP actually helping heal with Strength Sap, the lower attack means you take less damage from Confusion and Foul Play, and you can use a much better Mega.

Good luck actually getting to use Strength Sap. You got to remember that you need to tank a hit first by switching in, then tank another hit since you’re so slow anyways. Plus you’re also outclassed by Vileplume.
