It's worth noting that Gyarados shares its Speed stat with its Mega, and both Rotom-W and Rotom-H are in the top 50.

Wow I'm glad these are back! Imo you can add victreebel(base 70.) It's hard to know if they really do speed, I think not with the new mega. So maybe no point to chlorophyll. Im unsure.

Anyways very educational! For example i didn't even know flotte mega was trying chomp, that is crazy with fairy aura and all.

If you plan on updating this in the future, these are niche but notable speed tier scenarios with a Relaxed Ditto:
91 speed (Relaxed with Choice Scarf)
61 speed (Relaxed with no Choice Scarf)
60 speed (Relaxed with Choice Scarf at -1 speed from Sticky Web)

If you defeat an opponent with a pivoting move like U-turn, and if you send Ditto afterwards the Imposter ability won't trigger because there's no Pokémon in front of the user upon switching, which forces you to manually use Transform after the opponent sends their next Pokémon or switch out. The other notable scenario for these benchmarks is the rare mirror match.
