So, I'm not the best artist out there, using "artist" very loosely here. But my friends said I should post my drawings somewhere, so here they are. I am also really bad with computers, so all of these are hand-drawn and then scanned with a scanner that is apparently good.

Hey man, these are actually pretty great! They're some of the best scans I've seen on Smogon; it doesn't seem like you have too horrible of a scanner. The one I like best is the one that is resized for your avatar, as weird as that sounds. I'd encourage you to make your scans smaller in size since it improves their quality by quite a bit. I hope you have more stuff to show us! Welcome to Smogon.

Also the Squirtle one is definitely my favorite, haha.

Hey i like the squirtle too and in response to Birkal the size at which you scan doesn't change quality but rather the dpi does; a lower dpi equates into lower quality. the quality of these scans is really actually above average; they don't look scanned, which is good! Hope to see more! do you use photoshop to import scans? if not you could probably change the size of scans from da native program which comes wit da scanner; like the settings/configurations/etc

I just googled "How to resize images" and found this:

I'm pretty sure you can do it in Microsoft paint too. Just give it a test run! If you don't like it, that's fine. But at least you will have tried, haha.

I have a terrible scanner as well but the quality on your pictures looks fine to me.
On to the critique, I do find your ideas humorous and your line art is steady but I would suggest steadier coloring (for instance, on the ugly Pikachu I can see some white dots in coloring). But, you can work on that and are you using pencil crayons? That's all I have to say.

I added a couple more pictures that I thought I shrunk. Some worked, others didn't so much. Can't decide if I like the smaller images better or not though.
