AceSat's Uber-tier Team

Hello! This is my first RMT thread. I do play the uber tier a lot and this is the team I feel is my best since I have not lost with it yet (Got around 1800 on showdown and stopped to play 5th gen LC). I look forward to the profound advice from other uber players to see if I can create the best team possible. Thank you :P.

giratina.gif
(Couldn't find an origin form gif T.T)
Giratina-Origin @ Griseous Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 248 Atk / 252 SAtk / 8 Spd
Lonely Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Shadow Sneak
- Dragon Tail
- Hidden Power [Fire]
Girantina-O serves to absorb team's ground, fighting, and normal weakness from its other members. This mixed attacking set is nothing to scoff at as it is able to revenge kill with its STAB shadow sneak. Hidden Power fire is here even with its nerf do to it reliability in dealing with Ferrothorn which may switch in to set up since it resists Girantina's dragon STAB and doesn't take much from a shadow sneak. It is also the perfect blaziken counter, who can also ravage my team.

arceus.gif

Arceus @ Life Orb
Ability: Multitype
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 168 Spd / 88 HP / 252 Atk
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- ExtremeSpeed
- Shadow Claw
- Earthquake
Arceus my set up sweeper. This thing is able to clean teams after it has set up a sword dance. It is able to deal with many pokemon in the uber metagame and should not be discounted. In my use of him, the god of pokemon has been able to take out offensive threats such as Xerneas and choice Palkia variants. Earthquake is used here over recover to cover Arceus-Steel which usually switches into Arceus-Normal.
xerneas-2.gif

Xerneas @ Power Herb
Ability: Fairy Aura
EVs: 104 Spd / 252 SAtk / 152 Def
Modest Nature
- Geomancy
- Moonblast
- Focus Blast
- Thunder
Xerneas, the new uber of this generation. The standard set that sets up a geomancy and proceeds to completely destroy the opposition's team. It takes most hits naturally well do to its stats and is then able to be the destruction pokemon that was supposed to be in Y version. With its counters taken care of, it becomes the most capable late game sweepers in the uber tier.
dialga.gif

Dialga @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 56 Def / 200 SDef
Modest Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Dragon Pulse
- Fire Blast
- Thunder
Dialga, one of the most versatile pokemon in ubers able to run support and an offensive set due to its typing and stats. Here the lord of time plays the support role in my team setting up stealth rocks and is able to take hits even with steel's nerf this generation. With thunder and fire blast, it is able to take advantage of weather set up by opposing Kyogre and Groudon while rounding out its coverage.
blaziken-mega.gif

Blaziken @ Blazikenite
Ability: Speed Boost
EVs: 96 Spd / 252 Atk / 160 HP
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Protect
- Hi Jump Kick
- Flare Blitz
Blaziken the first starter to be banished to ubers makes a return this generation with a mega evolution. Though it misses out on raw power from life orb, it gains higher speed and other base stats allowing more bulk to be added thus increasing its longevity. As such, these gains warrant it a spot in this team while also being the mega evolution of my team.

genesect.gif

Genesect @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Download
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 SAtk
Hasty Nature
- U-turn
- Ice Beam
- Explosion
- Iron Head
The standard physical Genesect choice scarf set from last generation. With its high offensive stats, near-perfect movepool, and it's ability download, you get a monster of a pokemon. It is able to scout and force switches which allows me to send out the best matchup in my party. It also takes care of pesky darkrai, mewtwo, and deoxys while dealing significant damage to everything else.

Hey, I noticed no one replied to your thread so I'll give you a little advice myself.Firstly, nice team. I really like the build and it seems like a pretty solid (mostly) hyper offensive build.

Your team REALLY hates Hazards. You have no mons immune to spikes (though rarer this gen if you let someone get a layer up, you have no way to remove them). So my first suggestion would be replacing HP fire with Defog on Gira-O. HP fire doesn't hit anything in gen 6 ubers, bar the uncommon Ferro (which it won't ever KO), the even rarer Forretress (practically a waste of a slot this gen) and the slightly uncommon gene (which probably won't stay in on you because it fears wisp anyways). You can take care of Ferro/Gene/Forry much better with your Dialga or Blaziken anyways, so the HP fire really wont be missed. The utility support that having defog will provide you with will come in handy in numerous situations as your gene hates taking rocks every time it switches in, as does everything on your team (you want your sweepers to come in as healthy as possible), bar Dialga.

Secondly, you have a MASSIVE weakness to Ho-Oh, mostly the band and orb variants. Luckily, Dialga is a decent remedy for this (rock support). However, if Dialga falls, which it isn't too hard to break this gen, then they can easily defog and you have very few things to hit Ho-Oh for decent damage, except explosion, (loss of your mon), geo Xern thunder at plus 2 (which is risky miss and never KO to 248 HP variants at full health), draco from Gira-O (less than 50%, can regen off easily and nearly KO w/ BB), and Arceus +2 extreme speed (not a OHKO while it cripples you w/ potential burn and or massive damage).

To fix this, I recommend you get rid of protect of Blaziken. Switch it to adamant nature (difference between ko'ing many threats or not at all) 252 speed, 252 atk, 4 hp and give it rock slide. YES I know that knock off is generally superior, but your team is so weak to ho oh once rocks are off field, that I think it warrants the slot on your blaze. Many Ho-Oh users do not expect the rock slide, as ho oh is generally used as a blaze check (blaze cannot ko ho oh at full health even w/ knock off +2, while ho oh easily ko's with Equake or BBird.)

Thirdly, I recommend thunderbolt over thunder as neither is a KO on ho oh (248 hp and above 95%health) and moonblast will KO most, key word most kyogre other than 252hp 252 sp d+ varients (thunder wont ko either, I did calcs) and you will never have to worry about missing (you have focus blast to worry about already.)Next, change your xerneas nature. Serious is neutral and there's absolutely no need for a neutral nature. Use modest nature with 252 sp atk evs. 180 hp and 76 speed. this outspeeds ALL relevent scarfers base 102 and below. The only relevent threat that will be outspeeding you is trickrai (cant hope to do anything back except sleep and switch), scarf terrakion (very rare this gen, wont be Koing you anytime soon, you ko back) and the Lati's (wont be koing you, will get wrecked back) so Keep the speed evs low as you viably can so that you may maximize bulk while retaining the most power.

Another nit pick of mine is that you should consider using flash cannon on your Dialga (over dpulse or thunder) as your team is also weak to a +2 xern as your only option if it sets up is a quick E speed, which won't ko, while it WILL ko you after your orb recoil. using flash cannon will put xern in the range to be ko'd by espeed, and will help prevent Dialga from being set up fodder. This will be good for your team, because competent geo xern users will be foaming at the mouth to get a free turn of safe set up against your Dialga/Gira-O. You could also consider roar over thunder/dpulse to help phaze out obvious switches, rack up rocks damage, and completely shut down Xerneas all together. you also might want to consider Espeed on Genesect, as it will get a download atk boost and will always do at least 39% damage, making it a perfect last ditch check to geo Xern if your Ekiller falls.

Finally, to wrap this up. You will sometimes find trolls on the ladder using swagplay sets w/ Twave. One way to help prevent your team from confusion damage and foul play roll would be to put 0 attacking IVs on the following pokemon: Dialga and Xerneas. This will reduce the damage you take and will increase your chances of not getting haxed to death out of wins.

Good luck, I hope these changes work out nicely, this has the potential to be a VERY powerful hyper offensive team. Rid your side of the field of rocks with the added defog to your Gira-O and you will find your sweeps lasting longer/being more successful because things won't be dying on your side so quickly. And of course, the added ho oh check in rock slide should help sponge some of the weakness you have to him. He's mostly only checkable, so just be smart and play wisely, obviously you have the right idea based on your rating.

Summary of changes:
-
Add defog to Gira-O over hp fire
-add rock slide to Blaziken, take away protect. Change nature to adamant; evs to 252 sp/252 atk/4 hp.
-thunderbolt>thunder on Xern. Change to modest nature from serious. change evs to 180hp/252spatk/76 spe to outspeed RELEVANT threats
-consider flash cannon or roar (roar is prob best) to stack more of a check to geo Xerneas.
-change atk ivs on Xern and Dialga to 0 to help resist swagplay tactics.
-Consider E-speed Genesect over ice beam to effectively extreme kill Xern between Arceus' and gene's Espeeds combined (adds another somewhat O.K.ish option for Ho-Oh if you're not wanting to explode yet and it is at lower health ranges)
-have fun!

Thanks I'll try these changes. And xern's nature was a typo that I didnt catch. I also see the merit of defog on girantina as it is also a spinblocker.
