- Vacuum Wave

Nasty Plot Lucario has been serious making waves in UU as a rising stallbreaker. Its STAB coverage and power allow it to heavily pressure the majority of Pokemon commonly seen on defensive builds, such as Blissey, Mega Altaria, and Mega Aggron, while its boosted Vacuum Wave allows it to pick off revenge killers such as Hydreigon and Krookodile easily and retain a solid offense matchup. Even some of Lucario's most notable would-be checks, such as Tentacruel and Slowbro, must be wary of folding to its boosted All-Out Pummeling, which can make quick work of either after some chip damage. Lucario finds use on several offensive teams in need of a Pokemon capable of pressuring bulkier teams and often excels with Pursuit support from partners like Krookodile, as they can trap and remove Pokemon like Latias and Starmie that could otherwise hinder Lucario greatly. It also appreciates reliable ways to keep faster foes in check, like Mega Aerodactyl and Choice Scarf Hydreigon, due to its average Speed and frailty allowing some faster threats to revenge kill it.

I'd probably slash Life Orb here, because it's used pretty often.

Jellicent is not the right Pokemon to mention here imo as it's not very susceptible to Pursuit due to its respectable physical bulk, the fact that Colbur Berry is run pretty often, and access to Will-O-Wisp, meaning that it creates 50/50s with Pursuit trappers pretty often.. I think you could mention something like Chandelure instead, which is a good offensive check that is way more susceptible to Pursuit than Jellicent.

Obviously, I'm not a QC member so just implement what you agree with.

Consider deslashing Dark Pulse here; having access to priority is extremely useful to help with faster Pokemon like Terrakion and Cobalion and also evade Bisharp's Sucker Punch too.

Even some of Lucario's most notable paper checks, such as Tentacruel and Slowbro
Clarify what you mean by paper checks because it’s not really intuitive.

It also pairs well with appreciates (optional, makes more sense in context) reliable methods of Speed control ways to keep faster foes in check, like Mega Aerodactyl and Choice Scarf Hydreigon, due to its average Speed and frailty allowing some faster threats to revenge kill it.
