That's cool. I'm not sure about tutors, because I thought that all the moves it would need could be taught by tm. If you can think of any moves that it might need then it would be cool if you tutored it. Also, it would be great if it was in a moon/heavy ball.

Yes Chatots will work anywhere at any time. It is the most reliable way to advance the RNG in HG/SS because of that. Remember the custom chatter.
I haven't tried that but is there any particular reason you want to do it there? I only mentioned the part about not being in Lance's room yet because if he was he would have to go through the Elite Four again to get the Chatots in the party.

hi cereza! sorry for eavesdropping, so you change the year to -/+ 1 of your target to hit consistent even or odd delays? that's my only problem as far as gen 4 rng is concerned. :D -
