Uh... The frame used to RNG the ID/SID combo is just for the ID/SID. You have to hit the spread that you find in RNG reporter. So if your 31/x/31/31/31/0 Quiet spread or w/e is on 600 mil frames you have to go for 600 mil frames.

You would use the frame of the spread. The frame from the spreadsheet is just for the ID/SID combo that makes the spread shiny.

Yeah subtract 654 from your frames to hit that amount (might be off by a couple if you've been doing other stuff that causes additional advances).

When you hit A it takes 654 frames to for the spread to generate the spread (give it 4 more frames after to see the full spread btw).

and its not that difficult to find out the time, just go from the frames advancing 60 times a second from 100%

It looks alright. But the part where you turn off for the real clock you may want to add if it's high frames you should turn on the real clock and check your frame using the starter. This goes for high frame method 1 pokemon aswell. It helps cause the game starts at a random frame
