Not on a retail Cube, but if you look at DMP Zari has posted an Emu RNGed Skiploom, without RAM hacking.
And Duskull is on Emerald and I get H-2 most of the time too, but the game kept trolling me by being H-4 for all the frames with my target spread.

And I have no idea if it's a coincidence or not that it finally decided to switch to method h-2 but I just got my Duskull by WALKING, I wish I had tried that before resetting and hitting my frame of 17mill for the second time.
I'm still trading, just not a whole lot now as most people are busy battling in the wi-fi tourny or preparing for VGC, wants are mostly valid except for some of the 4th gen mons, I should remove the Modest tran and Jolly Heal ball Tar as I can catch both of them on a Diamond save once I finish it, I might also abuse a bunch of HG saves for all the Shiny CC spreads sometime so a lot of 4th gen things don't interest me ATM.
Sorry, no idea how to do it, I'm still struggling to try to get a quint-flawless bold Duskull on Emerald, but it keeps appearing as h-4 instead of h-2.

If you're giving Pokemon to someone else, then they would need them by April, but I have wait until August for VGCs to come here lol For the moment I don't need anything, I'm mostly theory testing in the Battle Subway and GBU with Pokemon that I already have or can breed myself xD I'll let you know if I need anything later on, thanks again for offering this :D

Step 1: If you want a shiny then you have to abuse your ID/SID, in this case the Scyther I caught had a PID of 99 (in hex) so enter that in pandoras boxc and go from there.
Step 2: You're gonna need a cute charmer, If you have a high leveled female Jigglypuff somewhere use that, you're probably gonna want to Mimic/Transform/Rage glitch it with sweet scent/spore/false swipe/rage.
Step 3: Hit 1F120227 and enter the BCC, the last elm call I did to get Scyther was on frame 1450 (Kanto response), IIRC SSing in the BCC advances the same for everyone but if not try the adjacent frames.
You should get your Scyther, if not tell me what you did get and i'll try to see what went wrong.
Alright, that's the exact same seed I used so this shouldn't be too hard to explain.
1: you need to use the method 1 frame as your target, not method K (or method K with a sync).
2: The PID is completely f-ed up by CC, it was covered in the research thread but basically it throws out the old PID and generates a new one between 0-255 to match the nature (and gender?).
I'll VM you a step-by-step guide in a bit.
There are no (mapped) slots for BCC, tell me a couple things and i'll try to help.
1: What seed are you planning to use.
2: Did you abuse your ID so a PID of 99(in hex) would be shiny?
It's the docile one, and how did you figure out what to abuse your ID for?
It's fine by me, I actually just finished abusing my ID for a shiny one on my HG ROM.
Yes, it opens up some new IV+Nature combos, and different ones depending on if you're using DPPt or HGSS. The only problem is there's only 1 frame and encounter slot per spread.
Depends what you need help with, the RNG research thread has all the technical info if you can understand it (I can't >_>), otherwise I have a poorly written guide with some basic info in the last post here, but you'll have to do some trial and error to get what you want.
Actually it's still useful on an emulator. I did my testing on it at least. It means you don't have to trade the egg to another file.
