    You can definitely reserve a Dark Horse Pokemon now! You're free to keep on using it until the ladder resets. Once the ladder resets, so will the registered Pokemon that everyone has signed up with. But that's no big deal; you can re-register for it lickity split in next month's Dark Horse Project. I hope that clarifies things!

    IR is pretty cool. I imagine that being american you would have a better chance at getting a job than I would lol. Im not really sure what you really want to know. It focus's on State inter-relations which I found really cool. I took classes from Philosophy and History to go with it.
