I got mostly odd delays, but I've had some even. Is there any way to lower the frame of other seeds? I have another seed I hit, but the frame was over 2000

My elm calls keep matching every other seed/delay, even after I put the last delay in Eon...anything I can do to fix this?

The time finder is closed and it still won't let me click it. Maybe it has something to do with my computer, or maybe its because my RNG reporter is version 9.81 BETA.

I'm unable to send a screenshot, but when I right click the spread, "Generate More times" is in faded lettering and I can't click it.
For some reason, it won't let me click "Generate More times".
Its set to 500, and calibrated seconds is at 14.

I could still train them in 5th gen if you want.
I really would like to learn how to RNG in 4th gen. The only thing I don't get about it is delay and how to find it.
Also, is it possible to 4th gen RNG on a 3DS, cause my DS Lite's L button is screwed up and makes it really hard to soft reset.
I can train in Gen 4. I just can't RNG there. :(
