Ok, np. That's why I created that policy.
I knew that, so I made a rule to go with that. (you have read the rules, right?) Basically, if you disagree with its policy (like TRC), then you don't join, and therefor the court has no power over you. However, if you are a member of a group that is a part of the court (like BS in TPR) you are under the authority of the of the court. My logic behind that is that if you joined that group then you have put yourself under its leader's authority in that group. That leader, by being in the court, is under the courts authority, therefor you are under the courts authority.
To help keep things in order in the groups. Hopefully it won't be needed, but just in case...
