For Bold: Forretress with Volt Switch can work with that spread, but you need Emerald... Giratina. There's Uxie, too. There's also Spiritomb... Mesprit... Porygon...
Ah man! I've been told Bold Starmie is still good... You can still get Cresselia and Milotic though :)

I have no idea, haha! If you do Modest, you could go for other water attackers, but the bold spread should be good for a bunch of stuff like Cresselia
