My ship has a crippling weakness though, as does all characters. However, the weakness of my ship far outclasses everything else.
Why does it matter when you buy them? You need versatility early... The only advantage I can foresee is that you get a few extra UC.

I'm definitely making Revenankh Sassy. 4-4 offenses with access to work up, Shadow Ball, Focus Blast, Hammer Arm, Shadow Punch, Mach Punch, and Vacuum Wave means it will be ridiculously hard to wall.
