If you are still using your team you posted, Team Penguin, I have a rate. I tried to post it on your thread but it was removed and I still wantt to help you improve the team if possible, so here I go.
Instead of your current salamence set, the dragon dance one, I recommend you use the MixMence set, which allows you to beat tyranitar very easily, keep the power of life orb, and use roost to preserve your salamence for later in the game while maintaining your ability to hit skarmory. Your team has somewhat of a blissey and chansey weakness, scizor being your only mon that can do much, although thius set lacks the power to smash straight through them, it stays around longer to check them for the entire match.

Set: Salamence@Life Orb
Naiven Nature, 116 Atk, 216, SpA, 176 Spe
-Draco Meteor
-Fire Blast
-Brick Break
-Roost

Actually though I'm probably going to replace Tentacool with Drilbur, or just take it the second Pokemon altogether. Tentacool was cool last meta, but now it's just not very good, and neither are tspikes :S
