You're right, I guess he didn't. I assumed that it would be ok if it was put up for grabs, then he wouldn't have started it. If he has it, and he's willing to do it, he can do it. I have enough to do.
I can't help but think it can pull something like that off though! I'm a fan of HO but I haven't really laddered much in regular OU as opposed to DW OU (heh been at around 1230 for some time now since i cba to get on the front page)

Oh, I locked that one lol. I was kinda disappointed with the team's performance at the end, but I fixed it with the changes implemented. I was considering posting a new one next week that did really well and had everything covered well on paper and worked in battles, so I didn't want this one to get bumped :P
Also, do I need to get a GP member's attention for Rotom-C? It's just been sitting there so I was unsure...

Howdy AG! I was wondering if you thought Rotom-H would appreciate an offensive scout set, since it arguably has a better move to use in Overheat. The one thing that stopped me from posting the set is the weakness to SR, which Rotom-C doesn't have. I think it's probably viable if you have spin support, but I wanted you opinion first. Thanks!

Yeah, it's actually a fun answer to VoltTurn, and it has the ability to nab momentum which is a plus. The offensive scouter is actually useful since nobody expects it, and it can still things it needs to hard (higher base SpA than Celebi, who is a notorious user of the set you posted). It needs a lot of Speed investment, though.
Hey AG! I was wondering if there was an EV spread you had in mind to bulk up "Weed Whacker," since I can't think of an effective spread and I'm not too good with EVs either. Thanks :)
