yeah i noticed, that was not even the entire thing actually. i said some stuff and he said some others things like smart players only use standard sets but there was no space so i had to cut some stuff.

No, it's fine. You voiced a concern, and I felt to respond it. Just part of my job. You have every right to know why it was moved in there. I'll see to it that it gets pushed out efficiently though, since IMO it's not a bad set. Being able to predict Scarf in general is nifty to know.

That's not exactly how Quality Control works. Usually, a set that is questionable (so in other words: not many people have actually used this set in general) is sent into Quality Control. The people who either are testing Azelf or are OU QC staff will look over the set and test it out. If it passes, it will get a special "Smogon Approved" sticker and, thus, be moved back into the OU section. For now, I'm awaiting the QC staff to look at this set closely. You provided information regarding how the set works, so hopefully it won't take very long. Just don't expect this to be done within a day, if you get what I'm saying.
