all 100's is not good, why? It's too slow to be a fast-rocker (Azelf does that job better, MUCH better) and doesn't have the attack for the job
It also doesn't have the bulk to be a spiker or T-spiker, as it needs to survive hits and Sash isn't really worth it...
problem: Skarmory can do that better. Toxic Spikes makes sense, but honestly Psychic moves aren't reliable...

ee, perhaps, but what's the point when it's turn-based? With Mew, they prepare for a sweeper, and if you're a setup user? They kill you.
With Zekrom, they instantly test the waters by avoiding Psychic-type moves (which nobody uses)
I agree with Jirachi, but not Mew. Mew is UU, and doesn't have much going for it in terms of ability. It's movepool is the only reason it's used, and quite frankly, its outclassed as others can do the role it potentially could perform better. It's basically a Zekrom Factor: Nobody knows what it'd do...
...but it doesn't learn spore, which is what makes it UU...
