You have to download 2 programs
Python 2.7 and IR-GTS-BW-V0.05
Python is the platform that the IR-GTS program runs on
Download the python first.
Then the second is a zip file with a IR-GTS -BW file in it. Copy that folder and everything in it to the same folder that the python folder is in (so the 2 folders are in the same folder) Then you go into the IR-GTS-BW folder and click on the IR-gts-bw.py icon. It will bring up a little program square That tells you what DNS address to put into your DSI. Then you type in S to send, then type in the location of your .PKM file. The program will wait until you go into the GTS in your pokecenter aand it will sned the poke to your DSI.

well... I will tell you from my experience. after awhile you'll notice he'll start to do a bit of flaming and he likes to poke fun and belittle other people as well.

at first he seems friendly at first. but that's how he draws you in.
second, he fills your head with lies about other members, he did the same to me. this guy will do anything to manipulate you from seeing the truth about him and his group!

Or, keep the same speed, and give it a signature move. (or a new move that isnt signature). It shall be called Dragon Step. It does the exact same thing as Dragon Dance, except it boosts SpA instead of Atk.

And I think it should have another move besides Draco Meteor. Like a stronger Dragon Pulse or something (I'm looking for something with 95-100 base power)

On a side note, best typing ever: Dark/Ghost with Wonder Guard.

On another side note, its really sad when someone says "Base 125 SpA is decent." What the hell? Does everyone have to be running around with 135+ base attacking stats to be considered "good?"
