    You know, now that I've had another look at those, I think it would be best if I just revamped the whole thing. These Speed tiers were written at the very beginning of BW when OU didn't even exist, lol, and we had no idea what kind of game we would be looking at. Thanks for bringing these to my attention.

    yea that's why i don't use it. in fact the only time it's useful is mirror matches which shouldn't be taken into account seeing as that's just gonna be a speed-tie

    Yes, you can nominate multiple mons. The word offense in Hail Offense was a loose term for any Hail teams that is not heavily defensive. However, I will re-name the category, since you brought it to my attention :) Thanks, bro.
