Yeah, you just plug it into the calculator. The one I use is MetalKid's IV calculator from legendarypokemon.net

"Any level. However, you can't EV train a lv 100 pokemon because they don't gain any experience points. You can only gain EVs in 4th gen if you can gain experience points."
Sorry, meant to answer this yesterday, but I think I sent this as a PM to myself.
You won't be able to EV train them. You can still check their IVs though. Use the EV reducing berries to get rid of any EV they may have gained in any battles. You can look them up through google or something. There are 6, one for each stat. When you use them to get rid of all EVs, you can accurately check for IVs through their lv 100 stats. It takes 11 of each EV reducing berry to get rid of all EVs IF over 100 EVs are in one stat.
For example, if you have 164 EVs in one stat, you use one EV reducing berry to lower it to base 100, then 10 berries to reduce EVs to zero.
When you battle someone over wifi, you are able to see the stats of your pokemon when you go to try and switch a pokemon. You don't need to battle, you just start one to be able to go and check your pokemon's stats. At level 100, their stats are perfect for deducing the IV.
