Since breeding Pokemon from hacked parents is disallowed, that means nobody can breed from any Pokemon they did not capture themselves. Even if I get a Pokemon from another member of this forum, it still might be hacked. If I breed from it, and then they suddenly announced that they hacked it, am I really meant to get blacklisted?
