Yes they will all be shiny :D, I am excited to get the Regi's shiny with my own OT, I will most likely do some 4th gen RNG captures while I wait, And you need to take out the battery manually from the Ruby/Sapphire cart or let it die , I had my Sapphire since it came out in 2003 so it died by itself :P Here is a good read on it if you are interested in attempting to try, You can't abuse your ID/SID on Pokemon Emerald so the only way to get a shiny starter on 3rd gen is Ruby/Sapphire.

I actually cheat to check IVs asap now. It's been a while since the last time I bred on an actual retail cart without cheats like fast hatch and IV check, but the flashcart is so convenient .-.Hey, I saw your post and I would love that Lucky Egg! I probably won't be able to get on until 6:30 PST, though.
Thank you Xui! :), And I do believe the RNG got cracked on Ruby/Sapphire just a little while ago on a cart but you need to have the battery dead on the game so the initial seed is 5A0. It gets really annoying though because my frame is a 42 minute wait it..and if I miss my frame I need to adjust the timer and wait another 42 minutes to try again :P. I will be catching the 3 Regi's, Cradily Fossil, Steven's Beldum with this spread ^_^
they are when they get more than 1 ability... it's painful... I had to throw away a lot of very nice Non-rngd pokemon (almost flawless) just because of the wrong ability >_<
