Welcome to Smogon! Take a moment to read the Introduction to Smogon for a run-down on everything Smogon, and make sure you take some time to read the global rules.
Oh, yes I did. I didn't include it, though, 'cause I didn't find it very relevant and couldn't find a place to slot it in. You hit about 7200 something, I think?
Well, for now you could probably grab some berries, you get like 5 per CC payment, and Enigma Berries are used a lot in raids.
For long term though, you will probably want more pernament items. Here's what comes to my mind.
Pyroak: Heat Rock
Lucario: Life Orb
Gyarados: Probably anything would work (I'd probably choose Focus Sash or Life Orb)
Nidoking: Expert Belt
Scizor: Metal Coat
On a side note, I'm about the only person who would post this on my own profile :P
Really, the items depend on your pokemon. For instance, I have a Snorlax with Gluttony, which makes leftovers heal 2 HP per turn, and my Volcarona has little that it would particularly appreciate, so I use a Heat Rock to set up the sun.
For yours, I'd probably suggest...eh, you have a lot of guys that would really appreciate a life orb, though that's 20 CC :/. Really, it depends on your personal style.
Unfortunately there isn't a list, since most of the Glyphs are supposed to be hidden until somebody somehow manages to find it. Also, items are pretty good.
Haha, you have a point. The main reason I was thinking about doing hard mode is because it's comprised entirely of ice types, while I've got like 1 fire type, 2 rock types, and a fighting type. That said, Normal mode would probably be best.
Possibly, how about Frozen Vault (check out the ASB Raid Zone Group if you don't know what's there). I'd prefer to do Hard Mode, since there's a Glyph (think special effect TM) I have my eye on. But I could do Normal mode for practice.
