  • Hey, since you posted for Zip could you also post for Hesian? Lucifer spoke to him and was waiting for an answer
Not quite, Lucifer is not attacking the Kindred. But Decius (who I added in an edit to when I introduced Lucifer) IS going to attack. It is a two part plan. Lucifer is the "good" Paradox. He is "loyal" to the king (hence the maroon lights coming out of the cube-- they are less evil than say red.)

Decius, however, is part of the "evil" Paradox. "Loyal" to the rebels (which is why they will have red light son their uniform-- and be called a knock of organization by Lucifer). When the Burst Hearts are being transported out of the city (probably by either armored tanks or a helicopter), that is when Decius strikes.

See, Paradox cant openly betray the King or the Rebels, lest the lose the cash flow. So that is why Don created two branches, both led by him, but seperate from each other.

Paradox is basically just a bunch of Mercanaries. But each faction is more loyal to one side (as explained above). Though like all mercanaries, they are not 100% loyal to who they fight for
At some point I think you should make her screw things over lol. (though not yet, later in the story.) That should be how Paradox falls/gets converted.
Money. He has no desire to control the world, just its money. He'll sell the Burst Hearts back to the rebels. Then the King pays his mercenaries to go back and take them. Afterwards Paradox strikes back and steals the Burst Hearts again, and the cycle continues. (Of course it will fail eventually. Don will eventually convert all the Paradox's reserves to the rebel cause.)

He is kinda like Grimsley in Pokemon Black/White. He was a gambler. Don is my version of an extreme gambler.
Burst Hearts are the reason. Don wants to prolong the strife as long as possible. By siezing stolen Burst Hearts and redistributing them, his Militia, and to extent himself, will continually gain wealth. And since no one knows he is in charge, he can get away with it
0_o, where did psycho come into play? He hasnt done anything psychotic, he is merely cold when initiating a plan. And didnt i say in his description that it was rumored he was the leader of an underground organization? (which he never confirmed nor denied)
So i can bring my "underground network" of mercinaries in to help destroy the rebels and then betray the Kindred =D (and it helps introduce my character more)
Well, Tobias is most likely to get pokemon that have long lifespans. If I assume this correctly, when a Pokemon goes into Burst Heart form, it bonds with the soul. This means that any other Burst pokemon that Tobias gets gets his immortality via old age (A.K.A. Cannot die of old age, but can die in other ways).

I'll be explaining how Tobias ended up like that eventually, but its much too early to reveal it ^_^
Well, it would be obvious since Tobias HATES the Kindred for destroying his friends, family, and home.

Seeing as your guy is Kindred, you will have to do something really immense before he even thinks of trusting you.

It will be much less an effort to be friends with Murtagh though :D
I could have gone on, but without Veil online, I was unable to do much.

I could have extended the fight some, but Tobias isn't one for absolute pain for his foe. He is striving to make a point and get revenge.

When your character defects or whatever, you will have a lot of work to do to gain his trust. Expect attempts on your life because, after 200 years, you learn how to stay alive:

    Strike first....
Ok, Well, your character must live an easier life than mine >.>

Did you like the battle scene? It took about 30 minutes to write as I wanted this to be good :)
I am about to post in Burst. After that, I'll have a very small, micro-bunny so that my character and Veil's will be out of the area. This will allow your character to hear what is going on and investigate. Our characters will be long gone by the time you get there.
Yeah, cause like KS and Veil have both posted their pokemon outside of their Burst Heart and talking and stuff, which made me wonder and leads me to a whole other area: communication. I assumed that you would only be able to communicate with them in like that weird mental realm, but I don't really know.
Yeah, it makes a lot of sense, thanks. So like, after the "connection" is made, pokemon can be out of the Burst Heart? I'll honestly never be using that feature, but I just want to clarify.
Oh, its not like that. It's more I don't know what I'm supposed to do and how the Burst Hearts and the whole Pokemon thing even works, which I kinda need to know before I start. Honestly, the explanations were kind of insufficient for me. I thought it would be explained a little bit more in the actual RPG, but evidentally not.
Cubone I already have Thick Club for, so, my shopping list would be: Light Clay, Expert Belt, Flame Orb, Sharp Beak, and Life Orb.

And I'm probably gonna evolve Snorunt into Froslass.
