re. your post on the SOC thread, the changes have to be cached by someone with Site Staff before it will show up onsite. I can verify that spj's made the changes on the SCMS; I'm sure someone will get to cacheing it promptly!

You could do the same thing shrang did here and present your arguments thoroughly for a modified EV spread for QC to look over / other people to weigh in on (it'd get more attention from QC members and in general, more people, in a thread as opposed to the SSC thread). What do you think about that? If you do that, just say I approved you making the thread.
If your arguments are agreed upon by the QC members and the new EV spread is accepted, then an update can be made to the analysis, and the EV section of said analysis can be re-worked to reflect the change.
Sorry, alexwolf, I am on a leave of absence to get through the school application process. You should probably contact a more active OU QC member - Iconic and Bloo are good choices.
