really? I thought HP Ice was achieved by setting Atk and Def IVs to 30. Taking 4 EVs off of SAtk shouldn't make a difference
Actually, I forgot that Atk IVs is lowered to 30 instead of 31, so you're right :x
Hmm, I get 75-88%, but honestly it's such a small difference - +1 Close Combat is pretty much a 92% OHKO after SR, even if you're right.
