Completely understandable. You can still join, however you would be put on reserve status. This means you would not be required to participate immediately in a battle and you would be the last person we would call on for defense. It's completely your call if you want to join now or later though.

Being in the Military entails being an active Pokemon Online/Wi-fi battler. You will be required to have proficient battling skills and the SSIS will actually be participating in a war game with TRC starting sometime next week so we will actually be putting the entire Military Force into action. Basically if you love to battle or you are good at it you are more than welcome in the SSIS Military Department. Any other questions?
