So you do get 10 EV's from Magikarp.
VITAMINS GO BEFORE applying EV's.
You make it sound so bad......it's a very good thing.....doubling whatever EV's you get.
Just make sure you spread it quick, fast, and safeguard whatever Pokemon is infected by putting them in the PC before the day is over......a.k.a. before 12:00am.
