Any reason as to why? I mean even with max Spe evs, the only threat that can hurt you, which you outspeed and ohko is Scarf Landorus. Scarf Terrakion, Scarf Infernape, and Scarf Latios outspeed anyway (Timid is not worth without EB or LO, as you can't afford the loss of power without Growth), Scarf Rotom-W cannot do anything, Scarf Mienshao (irrelevant threat but whatever) cannot do anything to you, Scarf Mence and Scarf Haxorus wall you anyway (i am talking about the main set, HP Ice is in AC) and this is pretty much it.

So is it worth it to run max Speed only to outrun one poke that doesn't even ohko you (EQ does 51%-61% iirc)?

Finally even if you don't have anything to say, you could just post to attest to this set's viability, because some people are doubting it...
