Is there any other way to advance the IV frame besides walking 128 steps?

So after about a dozen tries and only hitting the seed twice, I got my Tornadus! Wish I caught it in a Nest Ball (And that I could go for Shiny) instead of Master Ball but I gave up after a while. Also went with Naive after deciding it was a bit better than Timid, and that I figured, I'd go with whichever of the two I get first.
TY for this! Very much. :] Can you help me with PIDRNG? I used a standard seed for this, and saw that I could get some shiny frames under PIDRNG
koffing check was awesome! there was just quite a lot to be done on that analysis, so yeah. I like what you did though, keep that up :D
just one thing:
a Water-type that is known to for switch into Koffing
it should be either "to switch into" or "for switching into" - i prefer the second, but both are okay :)

And then I use Chatot to advance to the 4th frame right? Unless I'm meant to stop 1 frame before my target frame

'Him' as in Tornadus right? Other than that, I think I know what to do.
I've had trouble getting my AR To work with RNGing, it usually resulted in a delay/frame far off from what I wanted. STill I'll see what I can do. By the way, what do I do regarding encountering Tornadus?

I can't find any frames lower than that. My parameters are VCount 60, GxStat 6, Timer0 Min C7B, Max C7B, VFrame 6. Using DS Lite, and Black, no key presses, 001B7AA396A5
