Glaceon is a really terrible pokemon in BW OU. 130 special attack is an empty argument. There is plenty of bad pokemon with good stats. Snow Cloak and Wish aren't nearly enough to save it. Go with choice spec'd glaceon.
Even though you would need to also use the shitty Abomasnow (for snow cloak), who is also an ice type and has a shitty typing. While there is just much more reliable wish passers in OU.

Get on AIM, and Sub SD Terrakion is probably the single best pokemon in BW OU right now. It is very difficult to deal with for most teams.

Yeah, unfortunatly it does. I like to use Scarf Jirachi > Milotic to help a bit with that.
