Thanks for being a good sport, but KOH and TOTOH are really meant to include everyone and have a good turnover, that is why it is challenger's choice.
I am thinking about making it a little harder for a king/Tsar once they get to three wins. Do you think that is fair? Maybe the High King/Grand Tsar have to stick with the same team which is published so everyone can preapre for what they wuill do.
