Thanks! I am fine without the Vulpix, as flawless tends to be pretty important for me, except for Hidden Power types and whatnot.
Nah, I don't think it's an issue. Besides, people can only have 1 legend at a time, so nobody will have both.
If you're the only one in a region, you can get one of the legends listed in the rules there.
