I might actually be able to get you a Registeel via RNGing on Emerald. While Eeveelover couldn't really assist me in any way in regards to breeding, he/she did say that he/she knew how to RNG stationary legendaries on B/W, so perhaps he/she knows how to RNG stationaries on Emerald. Then I could amass an army of Registeels via duplicating...hehe.

You just realized that? I have noticed that a very large portion of TGA is TRC structure.
Now don't get me wrong I like Branny, he is a good guy. I just really see it to obvious how much it's a copy of TRC. Just look at its descriptions. -
