    I don't have a flash cart and the Mew in on a Platinum ROM. Idk how to connect to wifi through that.
    Ah, see because it took me a week to Pal Park Mew from 3rd gen into 4th Gen Platinum. but from there I just don't know what or how to transfer it into a retail cart, either 4th or 5th. :(

    If you sweet scent without advancing you'll get the same pokemon all the time, to fix that you'll use chatots. If you chatter once you would get a Solrock-encounter slot 4- hardy nature because synchronize doesn't work on that frame. You just need to keep chatting and going down the frames until you hit one that has the encounter slot, nature, ability and gender you want. I'll do it for you this time; you need to hit frame 94, that's 46 chatters you have to do ^^

    okay so here:






    First you hit the seed to get your IVs, you did this already. Now you need to advance the PID frames to get the pokemon you want, you kept getting Clafary because you din't do this. As you can see, Clef is encounter slot 0! But I'll get back to you on this.


    First thing you need to do is copy paste the seed on the main page, change method to PIDRNG and click generate. After that click calculate initial PIDRNG button-pink arrow- and make sure you have the correct lead-purplish arrow. Anything that's on the green ovals you're going to leave blank. Click generate again.

    PID gets you the encounter slots though, and gender, and ability.
