Okay, so it's been discovered that some of the Blue-Striped Basculin you encounter in the wild in B2/W2 can have Rock Head for their ability. I wonder if the ability is breedable?

Well, Paint me Blue and call me Red! I think I just hit a Method 4 Brave spread on frame 20,867 while trying for a Method 1 Shiny Lonely Torchic on frame 20,896 in Pokemon Emerald! Oh well... *soft reset game and emloop, has to wait 5 minutes and 48.26 seconds AGAIN*

It doesn't have any out-of-battle effect until Emerald (and I'm not sure what its effect on the RNG in Emerald is).
