I don't think so. Klutz prevents the held item from working at all.

I think so. If I remember right, Klutz prevents the pokemon's held item from working. So for example a Choice Scarf would not lock the poke into one move.

Yeah, it's like Wobuffet with a better movepool. Chandelure will go to Ubers once it's DW ability gets released. I haven't faced a Gothitelle yet, but I'm hoping it gets banned.

I hope Zangoose gets banned, too.
