Anyway, the problem with GIMP is that it takes away the Purugly's white color(even though it was painted with a white and wasn't uncolored, get what I mean?) But I'll see what I can do.

yeah I know I fucked up some of the shading because I did a pretty rushed job of it <_> but oh well things to work on~
reference pictures are my saving grace how the fuck do you draw fish
yeah I guess I need to go outside the lines more often but tbh my main focus was on drawing an attack (Vine Whip) so I paid less attention to the details and more to the "hrm this is something new" aspect and that got in the way I think
