i know what you're saying. it's a matter of what people are comfortable with allowing. heaps of people will be happy to play against (most likely) hacked wish bliss etc. but it's just about what is considered "legit".
a mimic-glitched baton pass zapdos is different from a distant land one. its not meant to be the same. its not any more or less "legit" than a mimic-glitched nasty plot zapdos though, just that it has been made to have moves which in theory could be learnt by one of those pokes.
i want to point out something :P
synthesis is a tutor move as well so you dont need it as egg move ;)
