    just put "no mimic glitch" in your rules for battle and i'm sure you'll be ok. assuming you're against "legal hacks" in the first place.

    basically, there's two questions. one with an easy answer, one without.

    1) is it hacking? no.
    2) should it be allowed? that's up for debate.
