fumar esta bastante limitado (en españa es 10 veces peor) porque no se puede fumar en interiores ni en muchos sitios publicos (poca gente fuma por lo que he visto)
beber es a partir de los 21 y seguido a rajatabla en españa la mayoria empieza a beber a los 13-14 xD
