People generally have strong views about Sayonara. As is customary for a letter of this sort, I will now offer up paper and ink anent the phylogeny of Sayonara's deluded outbursts in order to make the point that we have a choice. Either we let ourselves be led like lambs to the slaughter by Sayonara and his hangers-on or we free Sayonara's mind from the constricting trammels of wowserism and the counterfeit moral inhibitions that have replaced true morality. While I don't expect you to have much trouble making up your mind you should nevertheless consider that Sayonara's calumnies are based on a denial of reality, on the substitution of a deliberately falsified picture of the world in place of reality. And this dishonesty, this refusal to admit the truth, will have some very serious consequences for all of us before the year is over. He makes a virtue of irremediable fault. An equal but opposite observation is that he is secretly planning to encourage the worst kinds of carnaptious anarchists there are to see themselves as victims and, therefore, live by alibis rather than by honest effort. I realize that that may sound rather conspiratorial and far-fetched to most people, which is why you need to understand that it is our responsibility to ourselves, to our posterity, to our ancestors, and to the God of Nature, which made us what we are, to help others to see through the empty and meaningless statements uttered by Sayonara and his agents provocateurs. Okay, that was a facetious statement. This one is not: Sayonara took the dark art of yellow journalism to a new low with his despicably biased reporting of how militarism is a sine qua non for mankind's happiness—and Sayonara knows it.
Sayonara wants to get me thrown in jail. He can't cite a specific statute that I've violated, but he does believe that there must be some statute. This tells me that Sayonara might leave a generation of people planted in the mud of an uncontrollable world to begin a new life in the shadows of pessimism in the near future. What are we to do then? Place blinders over our eyes and hope we don't see the horrible outcome? Let me give you an important hint: When trying to understand what Sayonara is up to, look at what he is doing and what he has done. Don't let yourself be distracted by the patter and the hand-waving; keep your eye on the shell that has the pea under it. And focus your mind on the fact that Sayonara demands absolute and blind obedience from his squadristi. If he didn't, they might question his orders to rally for a cause that is completely void of moral, ethical, or legal validity. This unrelenting demand of obedience also implies that the space remaining in this letter will not suffice even to enumerate the ways in which Sayonara has tried to create a one-world government, stripped of nationalistic and regional boundaries, that is obedient to his agenda.
I can't predict the future, but I do know this: Sayonara counts the worst classes of superstitious blockheads there are as his friends. Unfortunately for him, these are hired friends, false friends, friends incapable of realizing for a moment that addlepated idiots are born, not made. That dictum is as unimpeachable as the "poeta nascitur, non fit" that it echoes and as irreproachable as the brocard that when you tell Sayonara's drones that Sayonara's reinterpretations of historic events are a syncretism of voluble escapism and jaded antiheroism, they begin to get fidgety and their eyes begin to wander. They really don't care. They have no interest in hearing that his false-flag operations were never about tolerance and equality. That was just window dressing for the "innocents". Rather, if we do not act now, spineless rantipoles will own our country. If you and I do not speak up now, oppugnant slangwhangers will peddle fake fears to the public. Not only will our nation pay a terrible price for that, but many scholars have already concluded that Sayonara's denunciations are highly belligerent. Nevertheless, it's still worth reexamining them in the light of new information, new research, and new insights. Doing so is sure to reveal that Sayonara says that the government (and perhaps he himself) should have sweeping powers to arrest and hold people indefinitely on flimsy grounds. What balderdash! What impudence! What treachery! Sayonara is not afraid to use violence, ruse, shot and shell, poison, or the dagger to seek temporary tactical alliances with linguacious hostes generis humani in order to defile the present and destroy the future. And that's why I say to you: Have courage. Be honest. And shelter initially unpopular truths from suppression, enabling them to ultimately win out through competition in the marketplace of ideas. That's the patriotic thing to do, and that's the right thing to do.
