    an album that i had on repeat a lot was this which might be up your alley,i think you would enjoy steven r smith's solo stuff too, particularly tableland and kohl. apologies for infrequent messages i only check smog once or twice a week

I listened to that motion sickness alb in '19 and admittedly wasn't a huge fan, but I wasn't as into drone and shit back then, so maybe i'll give it a relisten one of these days. Similar story w/ steve - I never got into him as much as I thought I would

    the hala strana s/t is probably my favorite of his work and I rarely if ever revisit it. think its the post-rock elements that throw me off with him. Still I'll give one of those two that you recommended a try. That list I've got up on my profile is more fitting to the titular mood than it is a list of my favorites, altho it is my favorite kind of drone. Hope you find something you like there

    I posted earlier about Unwound but yeah '77 Live is pretty much 10/10 too lol. You should check out bands like Mainliner, Fushitsusha, Narozanai, and High Rise. LRD basically is the takeoff point for these bands, same kind of long psychedelic lo-fi noise rock jams. That is, if you haven't done so already.

    checked out fushitsusha and high rise before and enjoyed those, i'll check out the rest. 77 live is sitting on a 9/10 for me rn and i am debating whether to move it up or not . . .

    Hey man, i just wanted to clarify, but isnt the standard pivot landorus with stealth rock? In your post it seemed like you thought i meant something else, and i just wanted to make sure offensive pivot means the bw bulky sr setter set. Or have i been saying the wrong set this entire time?
