Would an Eviolite Staryu work in NU as a Rapid Spinner? It has recover, better special attack and speed than Wartortle, and has access to a wider variety of special attack moves. It also has Natural Cure, which is handy to have.
Or does its frail natural defenses and non-existent HP make it not even worth trying?
