Indeed, but people are still relinquishing SD for SubSeed. IMO Exeggutor is much better at that with a powerful STAB in Psychic to break through Grass-types as well as Harvest Sitrus. Jumpluff really shines on SD, with SR and some rocks, few things can handle the cotton ball.
