Uh - it could be - it is your group, but I wrote the rules for flat singles, and as far as I know, that is strictly wifi.

I think we should stick with flat singles as that format lends itself to innovation.

OK here is the game we did before in Random Matchup battlers
Each week Chortler would announce a challenge for the next week to give us time to prepare teams. For example one challenge was to use a baton pass as part of your team strategy. Then we would go out and have at least 20 battles on GBU using that team and report the results - honor system obviously.

We could do the same thing, or we could ask people to sign up and they battle each other using flat singles and the person with the highewst number of wins for the week gets to decide the next challenge. We might want to keep the idea of a one week prep time, so we give a week to prepare for challenege one, the announce challange two as we are battling for challange one. Then the winner of week one names the challege for week two.
How does that sound so far?
Any idea for a name?
