Yeah its really easy, u just change ur DNS settings, in your internet settings from the main menu to the given number that the lnk will give you and go to the gts and boom free pokemon.

Yup go to the group BABA gym, you csn get there from my page, and the poke you won is there, and i dnt have a badge made up yet. Unfreeze will send you a link to get the pokemon from the GTS, i didnt make the pokemon so i dont hve the link. -
