I'm in college, so believe me when I say I have some idea what that's like. I believe I've found a solution in moving to more of an administrative oversight position and making things more member run rather than try to do absolutely everything myself. Honestly, now that I think about it, I should've done things like that all along, and I wouldn't have needed to revive Aero so many times.
Aero Officers used to help out with my group, but they mostly went inactive. I'm assuming your Management Board is somewhat more active. I'd say maintain an oversight position and rely on your management group if you can't be around.
