Well..due to Serperior's effectiveness, I dun think it will be PU.

well if its a mixed scarfer ! then definitly because special walls will wall the hell out of you

well my altaria set , its supposed to be bulky in both sides and not meant to sweep! When giving it an adamant , it actually decreases altarias needs of taking hits so its not good! With a careful nature and cotton gaurd , its pretty good since he can take hits on both sides, (well besides steel types , ice types , and dragon types) and he can heal off with roost! Altaria isnt meant to go for a sweep but hes good on walling other pokemon

The second set is good ! (since its a different set) . The problems im seeing on that set is that it has less coverage. Mind switching a move for Earthquake because steel types are a pain in the ass. It needs some speed EVs , because , even if it goes for a DD , other scarfers will kill you off

actually surf is pretty well with hydro pump unlike brine. Hydro Pump has more power , unlike brine , and brine , you must be sure to have 50% or less , decreasing its survivalbility which isnt good! and uproar isnt worth it because of its low power and unreliablility

Yo guys ! Here is THE best set ever for my altaria. This guy is awesome and is the only dragon to be PU. So here goes.



Altaria (Careful) Evs=252hp/252spdef/4atk

~Cotton Guard
~Dragon Claw
~Roost
~Toxic

Ok so this altaria is unbreakable execept for ice and dragon types. Hes really bulky and he is really awesome IMO. Ok heres why. Cotton Guard boosts your DEF by +3. Dude, +3. Thats insane so DEF evs arent even required for this set. Dragon Claw is your only attacking option which is cool. Roost heals off your damage and thats cool lol , because reliable recovery is needed. Toxic just cripples enemies which is awesome.

very good ! that set could work since it has the move pool. in-rain support that set could be very helpful , obtaining alot of revenge kills

but the last move i would use is hydro pump because brine is unreliable and is outclassed by surf

One thing I do disagree with is Serperior being in the PU tier.
It is one of the best on NU if used correctly and can serve as a wonderful stall.
