too weak against opposing rain and nothing is very fast outside of jolteon. any scarf user can outspeed and OHKO him tho. i would replace jolteon or starmie with maybe rotom and replace volcarona... he does better in rain than most other fire sweepers but honestly i consider him usable in rain, not necessarily good. one of his STABs is weakened and a weakness is increased. he also requires alot of support just to be an average at best rain sweeper. Scarf keldeo would give that team alot of issues as well
no worries lol and i doubt it. my team is pretty weather neutral thou, rain helps lati and starmie while sand helps tar landorus and magnezone but only infernpape really minds rain although i hardly use flare blitz/fireblast anyway
